Ingredients

- Rice 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Mandarin Puree 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice until fluffy, add the butter, and stir in the ground almonds. Peel the pears, slice them, and remove the cores.
Step 2
Grease a deep baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour, and layer half of the rice with almonds in the dish. Then layer the pears and apricot puree. Cover everything with the remaining rice and almonds.
Step 3
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, fold in the whipped egg whites, and mix. Spread this mixture over the rice, sprinkle with sugar, and brown in the oven. Serve with cream or milk.
