- Rice 5 oz
- Milk 30 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Rinse 200 g of rice in warm water, place it in a pot, cover with 960 ml of hot water, add a little salt, and cook for 35-40 minutes. After that, strain the rice along with the broth through a sieve.
Step 2
Dilute the resulting rice puree with hot milk, heat it up, and add salt and butter.
Step 3
You can add cooked rice — 1 tablespoon per bowl — to the finished soup. Serve croutons separately.
