- Sugar 5 oz
- Arborio rice 5 oz
- Vanilla Pod 1 piece
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the rice with milk, add about one hundred grams of sugar, the contents of a vanilla pod, and bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally. The entire cooking process should take about forty minutes.
Step 2
In a dry skillet, toast the almonds, then mix them with the rice pudding. Spoon the pudding into molds and place them in the refrigerator to cool.
Step 3
Before serving, sauté the cherries with sugar and place them on top of the pudding.
