Ingredients
- Rice Paper 1 piece
- Smoked salt to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the rice paper sheet in warm water for a few seconds.
Step 2
Transfer to a dry surface.
Step 3
Place in the heated oil in the pan.
Step 4
Season with salt. Fry over high heat.
Step 5
Season with paprika.
Step 6
Flip as soon as the paper becomes firm. Reduce the heat slightly.
Step 7
Season with chili pepper.
Step 8
Fry for another 1 minute.
Step 9
Transfer to paper towels to remove excess oil.
Step 10
Tear into small pieces by hand and serve.
