Ingredients
- Rice Paper 0 oz
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Truffle Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Sumac to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare a sheet of rice paper.
Step 2
Cut into small pieces with scissors.
Step 3
Pour oil into a skillet. Place over high heat.
Step 4
Add truffle oil.
Step 5
Once the oil is well heated, add a piece of rice paper.
Step 6
Immediately remove with tongs and place on paper towels. Repeat with all pieces of rice paper.
Step 7
Add salt.
Step 8
Season with sumac.
Step 9
Add chili.
Step 10
Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
