Rice Pancakes
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Glutinous Rice Flour 15 fl oz
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour 480 ml of milk into a pot, dissolve the yeast in it, add the wheat flour, and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and let the mixture rise.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 3
When the mixture has risen, add 3 yolks, beaten with salt and sugar, the butter, rice flour, milk, and mix well.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites with the cream and gently fold into the dough. Let the dough rise.
Step 5
Bake the pancakes in a hot skillet with butter.
