Ingredients
- Round Rice 5 oz
- Plant-Based Milk 15 fl oz
- Almonds to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cardamom to taste
- Ground Nutmeg to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice several times and drain the water.
Step 2
Add the milk, spices, and place on the heat.
Step 3
Bring to a boil. Stirring occasionally, cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the rice becomes soft.
Step 4
Mash the rice slightly with a spoon to create a uniform mixture.
Step 5
Before serving, add honey (or another sweetener) and chopped almonds.
