- Rice 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Spices to taste
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Eel to taste
- Water 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice.
Step 2
Chop the lettuce, cucumbers, and egg.
Step 3
Pour some broth into a deep bowl, add the rice, and top with cucumbers, mushrooms, egg, and lettuce leaves (or any other greens).
Step 4
Sauté the mushrooms.
Step 5
Transfer the mushrooms to a pot, add spices, and pour in water. Bring to a boil and cook for 3–5 minutes.
Step 6
Boil the egg.
