Description
I served it with cherry sauce. I cooked the cherries down with sugar and cornstarch.
Ingredients
- Rice 5 oz
- Milk 25 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Vanilla Biscotti 0 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix ½ piece
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice. Pour in the milk and place it on the heat. Add the butter, salt, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest. Cook until done.
Step 2
Beat the yolks and whites separately with sugar.
Step 3
Cool the cooked rice and mix it with the yolks and whites. Stir well.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter and place it in a preheated oven at 320°F for 50 minutes.
