Rice and Chicken Pie in the Microwave
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Puff Pastry 15 oz
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Hard Cheese 2 tablespoons
- Rice 2 tablespoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken and cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 2
Cook the rice in salted water. Mix with chicken, chopped boiled egg, and minced onion. Add salt, pepper, butter, and mix again.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out. Place one part in a greased baking dish, spread the filling, and cover with the second rolled-out piece. Pinch the edges. Brush the top of the pie with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake the pie at medium power for 15 minutes.
