Ingredients
- Rhubarb 10 oz
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Orange juice concentrate 3 tablespoons
- Grand Marnier Liqueur 2 tablespoons
- Dessert Yogurt 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small skillet, combine orange juice, sugar, and chopped rhubarb. Heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Partially cover the pot and cook until the rhubarb is tender, about 6 minutes. Add the liqueur and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Layer the yogurt and rhubarb mixture alternately in 2 dessert cups or glasses. Use a small knife to swirl through the mixture to partially mix the layers. Serve immediately or chill for 1 hour.
