Ingredients
- Rhubarb 15 oz
- Ginger 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Margarine 5 oz
- Unbleached flour crackers 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Place the rhubarb in a 1.1-liter baking dish. Add the ginger and sprinkle with half of the sugar.
Step 2
Put the margarine and flour in a food processor and pulse until crumbly. Add the remaining sugar and mix well.
Step 3
Spread the crumble over the rhubarb and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown.
