- Cardamom a pinch
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 435°F. Mix the oats, almond flour, 100 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt, then add room temperature butter and crumble it with your hands. Add the chopped hazelnuts and stir to combine.

Clean the rhubarb and cut it into 1-centimeter pieces, halve the strawberries. Mix with 80 grams of sugar, cardamom, and cornstarch.
Step 3
Arrange the rhubarb and strawberries in a dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Top with a tablespoon of sugar for a caramel crust. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Whisk the sour cream with powdered sugar, egg yolks, zest, and vanilla. Serve the warm crumble with the sour cream sauce.
