Ingredients
- Gelatin 9 pieces
- Apple juice with pulp 25 fl oz
- Fresh Mint 7 sprigs
- Red Food Coloring to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin sheets in a small amount of cold water.
Step 2
Finely chop the mint, place it in a pot with the apple juice, and warm it over low heat. Do not bring to a boil!
Step 3
Let it sit for a few minutes and strain through a sieve.
Step 4
Pour the warm apple juice back into the pot. Squeeze out the gelatin, add it to the juice, and stir until fully dissolved. Add the green food coloring, mix well, pour into small cups or bowls, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Step 5
Before serving, carefully transfer the jelly onto flat plates.
