  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Activated Baking Soda 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt.

Step 2

Add vegetable oil and stir.

Step 3

Add the milk and stir well.

Step 4

Add baking soda and flour, and mix well with a whisk or mixer.

Step 5

Heat the skillet and lightly grease it with oil. Pour the batter into the center and swirl the skillet to distribute the batter evenly. Once the bottom of the pancake is golden brown, flip it over.

Step 6

Fry on the second side for just a few seconds. Then remove the pancake from the skillet.
