- Red Grape Juice 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Potato protein 0 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix to taste

Step 1
Pour the wine and 120 ml of water into a saucepan, add the lemon zest, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the potato starch diluted in 60 ml of cold water.
Step 3
Then add the sugar and, without removing from heat, stir the sauce until the sugar dissolves.
Step 4
Ready to serve!
