Ingredients
- Red Lentils 20 oz
- Shiitake Mushrooms 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Celery stalk 3 stalks
- Fresh Ginger to taste
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak 100 grams of dried shiitake mushrooms and 500 grams of red lentils overnight.
Step 2
Before cooking the lentils, rinse them and add the water that the mushrooms soaked in. It has a pleasant spicy aroma.
Step 3
Bring the lentils to a boil and cook until tender.
Step 4
Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with sesame oil and finely chopped ginger.
Step 5
Pour everything into a blender, add water, salt, and spices to taste, and blend until creamy. The delicious soup is ready!
