Description
Author's recipe. When serving, cut the apples into wedges and place them on a separate plate — a perfect snack to enjoy with chilled vodka. If you don’t have vodka, just have the apples on the plate. Very tasty, with no fishy smell.

- "Red fish head" 1 piece
- Salmon skin 1 piece
- Apple 2 pieces
- Carrot 4 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Celery salt 1 bunch
- Pickled capers 2 spoons
- Vodka 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- "Vegetta seasoning" 1 tablespoon
