  • Sole fillets 20 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Turnips 2 pieces
  • Thyme 1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg 0.3 teaspoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and place them in a pot of boiling salted water. Add the peeled onion. Cook for 10–15 minutes. Remove the skin from the red fish fillet, take out the bones, and cut into cubes about 3 cm by 3 cm. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Step 2

Add the fish and carrots to the pot and cook over medium heat for another 30 minutes. Five minutes before the end of cooking, remove the onion, add dried thyme, nutmeg, tomato paste, and salt to taste.
