  • Red drum fish 10 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 35 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Salt the water and cook the fish until done.

Step 2

Remove the fish and cook the potatoes and carrots in the broth.

Step 3

Remove the skin and bones from the fish.

Step 4

Blend the cooked potatoes, carrots, and fish in a blender. Also, chop the herbs. Add the cream to the soup.

Step 5

Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes, chop into smaller pieces, and add to the soup.
