Ingredients

  • Water 0 qt
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • White Beans 1½ cups
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour ½ tablespoon
  • Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sort the beans, rinse them, place them in a pot, cover with cold water, add salt, cover the pot with a lid, and put it on the heat. When the water boils, skim off the foam and cook the beans on low heat for 1 to 1.5 hours.

Step 3

After that, transfer the onion to the cooked beans, adding grated or finely chopped walnuts, salt, and cook the soup for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

When serving, add finely chopped parsley to the soup.
