Ingredients
- Green onions ½ bunch
- Cucumber 1 piece
- Beetroot 1 piece
- Dill ½ bunch
- Kefir 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the green onions, dill, and cucumber, and lightly rub with salt.
Step 2
Grate a small raw beetroot on a fine grater.
Step 3
Add kefir, mix, and dilute with boiled water to the desired consistency.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste.
