- Sweet Corn Sticks 1 piece
- Parsley ½ bunch
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Avocado 1 piece
- Scallions 3 stalks
- Salt to taste

Step 1
To prepare raw vegan nacho chips with guacamole:

Cut the kernels off the cob of corn
Step 3
Blend the corn and spices together in a blender
Step 4
Add finely chopped parsley
Step 5
Spread the corn mixture onto dehydrator sheets
Step 6
Cut it into triangles
Step 7
Dehydrate at 100°F for 4 hours
Step 8
For the guacamole sauce: blend the ingredients together in a blender
Step 9
Add finely chopped onion
