
Raw Lavash

Description
This recipe can be used instead of lavash, or you can dry it longer to make delicious chips.
Ingredients
- Carrot 1 piece
- Flaxseeds 1 cup
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the cup of flaxseeds overnight in 2 cups of water.
Step 2
Place the vegetables in a blender and blend into a uniform mass (carrot, large red pepper, large tomato, sun-dried tomatoes (if not available, it's okay), salt and pepper to taste, and optionally add onion and garlic for a spicier flavor).
Step 3
Pour the soaked flaxseeds with the remaining water into the mixture and blend well again to crush the seeds.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer on dehydrator sheets and dry for 8 hours.
Step 5
If you want chips, add another 3 hours.
