
Raw Chocolate Cake with Walnuts

Ingredients
- Pitted Dates 25 oz
- Avocado 3 pieces
- Dried Fruits 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 cups
- Salt a pinch
- Coconut Oil 4 tablespoons
- Walnuts 15 oz
- Honey 8 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend 3 tablespoons of walnuts, 1 cup of cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of dried fruits (apricots, raisins, prunes), half of the dates (soak in advance if they are not soft), 3 tablespoons of honey, and blend again until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Step 3
Transfer the resulting mixture into a ring with a paper base and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 4
For the glaze, blend the remaining dates with the flesh of the avocado (use ripe and soft ones), 1 cup of cocoa powder, 5 tablespoons of honey, and 4 tablespoons of coconut oil until the mixture becomes creamy.
Step 5
Spread the resulting mixture over the base and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 6
Optionally, decorate with berries, mint, and halves of walnuts.
