Raw brownies with cocoa nibs

Ingredients

  • Pitted Dates 5 oz
  • Crushed Walnuts 10 oz
  • Ground Almonds 5 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 5 oz
  • Cocoa nibs 0 oz
  • Coconut Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Sea Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cinnamon a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a blender or food processor, grind the walnuts and almonds (you can leave some larger pieces). Add the dates, cocoa powder, and blend again.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture to a deep bowl and mix with melted coconut oil, cocoa nibs, and the remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Line a 20×20 cm baking dish with parchment paper and evenly spread the prepared batter into it. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Cut into pieces and serve, or store in the freezer to enjoy later.
