- Water ½ cup

Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the berries, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, over medium heat for about 6 minutes until the berries are soft.
Step 2
Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Strain the mixture through a sieve, pressing to extract all the juice. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
