- Water ¼ cup
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Raspberry leaves 20 oz
- 10% cream ½ cup

In a bowl, mix the water and sugar, leaving 1 tablespoon aside. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

In a blender, combine the berries with the sugar syrup and blend until smooth. Pour into a container and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
