- Wheat Flour to taste
- Potato protein to taste

- Raspberry gin to taste

Melt the margarine or butter.

Add eggs, sugar, and mix well.

Add baking soda and stir.

Gradually add flour.

As soon as the dough stops sticking to your hands, it is ready.

Roll out the dough, sprinkle with starch, and spread the filling evenly.

Bake in any heatproof dish until golden brown, in either large or small portions.
