
Raspberry Muffins

Description
If you don't add raspberries, you'll end up with plain muffins. You can also add any other berries here.
Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Granulated sugar 1 cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Raspberry leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs and sugar.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the microwave (10–20 seconds), then add it to the mixture.
Step 3
Next, take a teaspoon of baking soda and squeeze lemon juice on it, and while it fizzes, add it to the mixture.
Step 4
Then add enough flour so that the spoon stands up, because when we add the raspberries, the batter will become runny.
Step 5
Next, add raspberries (about 10 berries, then the muffins will have a nice raspberry flavor).
Step 6
Blend the mixture so that the berries combine with the batter.
Step 7
The batter will turn pink. Don’t worry if it seems runny; it should be like that.
Step 8
Pour the batter into small muffin molds and place them in a preheated oven (355°F) and bake for 15–20 minutes.
