Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 5 oz
- Raspberry leaves 15 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Fresh Mint 2 stalks
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the puff pastry into rectangles, place them on a baking sheet, and bake in an oven preheated to 390°F. Bake until golden brown. Once baked, slice the pastries lengthwise into three parts.
Step 2
Whip the cream with powdered sugar until thick. Layer the cake with cream and raspberries.
Step 3
Garnish with mint leaves and powdered sugar.
