- Raspberry leaves 45 oz
- Champagne Sorbet 20 oz
- Grated Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice 0 fl oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine 5.5 cups of raspberries, sorbet, lime zest, and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Add softened vanilla ice cream and blend again.
Step 2
Add 1 cup of raspberries and stir.
Step 3
Divide the mixture into glasses and garnish with remaining raspberries. Serve immediately.
