Ingredients
- 20% Sour Cream 20 oz
- Heavy cream 10 oz
- Raspberry gin 3 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the dough, cut the butter into the flour (300 g) and rub until crumbly and uniform. Then add sugar, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, and the egg. Knead into a smooth dough, roll it out slightly, and place it in a mold, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
For the filling, take 5 tablespoons of raspberry jam and mix it with 1 tablespoon of flour. For the custard, in a separate bowl, combine sour cream, add heavy cream, and 50 g of flour with 3 tablespoons of sugar, and mix well.
Step 3
Remove the mold from the refrigerator, spread the bottom with the jam filling, then pour the custard on top.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 35 minutes.
