Sort the raspberries, remove the stems, place the berries on a plate, sprinkle with half the amount of sugar intended for cooking, and leave in a cool place for 5–6 hours. From the juice and sugar that forms on the plate, make a syrup and cool slightly.
Step 2
Add the raspberries to the prepared syrup, gently shake the bowl to immerse the berries in the syrup, and cook again until the syrup reaches the desired thickness.
