Raspberry Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk ½ cup
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Mini Chocolate Chips 10 oz
- Raspberry gin ¼ cup
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Instant coffee ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan over low heat, bring the condensed milk and sugar to a boil. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, instant coffee, and raspberry jam. Mix well until smooth.
Step 3
Cool for 1-2 hours until the mixture thickens.
Step 4
Meanwhile, roughly chop the almonds.
Step 5
Roll the chocolate mixture into walnut-sized balls and coat them in the nuts, pressing lightly.
Step 6
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill for 30 minutes.
