Raspberry Chocolate Truffle Brownies
Ingredients
- Butter 15 oz
- Sugar 2¾ cups
- Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
- Raspberry Puree 1 teaspoon
- Large eggs 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Cream (40%) 5 fl oz
- Raspberry gin ½ cup
- Raspberry leaves to taste
- Fresh Mint to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar until smooth. Add 170 grams of chopped chocolate and stir until well combined. Add salt, vanilla, and raspberry flavoring.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the flour. Mix again and pour the batter into a greased 20x30 cm baking dish.
Step 4
Bake for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
Step 5
Meanwhile, gently warm the raspberry jam in a saucepan.
Step 6
Remove the brownie from the oven, let it cool slightly, and spread the jam on top. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Meanwhile, melt the remaining 120 grams of chocolate with the cream in a double boiler. Let it cool slightly and spread it over the brownie. Allow to cool for several hours or overnight.
Step 8
Cut into small squares and top with fresh raspberries and mint sprigs.
