Raspberry Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
  • Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 2½ cups
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
  • Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
  • Raspberry leaves 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 2 cans
  • Chocolate 1 bar

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

The butter should be at room temperature. Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl with a spoon. You can place the bowl on low heat for a short time to help mix it. Then mix with a mixer.

Step 2

Add the eggs and beat at medium speed for about 5 minutes until fluffy.

Step 3

At low speed, gradually add the vanilla, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in 3 additions.

Step 4

Pour in the sour cream. Knead the dough.

Step 5

Grease the cake pan with butter.

Step 6

Place about a third of the dough in the pan. Sprinkle with cocoa and a third of the raspberries. Add another third of the dough, spreading it evenly on top, and repeat with the filling. Layer the remaining dough, sugar with cocoa, and raspberries in the same way.

Step 7

Bake the cake at 345°F for 60 minutes.

Step 8

Cool down. Pour melted chocolate over it and serve with tea.
