- All-purpose flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Raspberries 5 oz
- White Chocolate 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Sift the flour with the baking powder, add a pinch of salt and sugar.

Melt the butter.

In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the eggs with the milk.

Pour the mixture into the flour, along with the melted butter.

Mix everything well.

Chop the white chocolate with a knife or break it into small pieces and add it to the batter.

Finally, gently fold in the raspberries with a motion from top to bottom.
