Ingredients

  • Walnuts 10 oz
  • 33% Cream 5 fl oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Sugar 0 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • Frozen Raspberries 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Blanch 200 grams of walnuts in boiling water three to four times. Cool down.

Step 2

Mix the milk with the cream, sugar, and salt, and bring to a boil. Then slightly cool it down, mix in the gelatin, raspberries, and nuts, pour into four molds, and refrigerate for one and a half hours.

Step 3

Blanch the remaining nuts several times in boiling water, then place them in an oven preheated to 355°F for half an hour. After that, crush them in a mortar.

Step 4

Serve the jelly sprinkled with crushed walnuts.
