Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 1 can
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Raspberry leaves 15 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, then add sour cream, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and beat again.
Step 2
Pour in the oil and mix well, then add the flour and knead a liquid dough.
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with oil and pour in half of the dough, then place 2/3 of the raspberries and half of the chopped nuts on top, pour in the remaining dough, add the raspberries, and sprinkle with nuts.
Step 4
Bake at 355°F for 35–40 minutes.
