Ingredients
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar ¾ cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and baking powder into a deep bowl. Add the sugar, mix, and make a small well in the center.
Step 2
Combine the melted butter, eggs, and milk. While stirring continuously, pour this mixture into the bowl with the flour. Be careful not to mix the batter too long, or it will become heavy. Add the raspberries and quickly mix again.
Step 3
Prepare 12 silicone molds. Distribute the batter into them and place in a preheated oven at 410°F. Bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
