Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, heat sesame oil, remove from heat, and add garlic, diced into small cubes. Allow to cool.
Step 3
In vegetable oil, sauté the ground meat, add a pinch of brown sugar and 20 ml of soy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
Step 4
Heat the broth, take a little hot broth from the pot, mix it with the miso paste until smooth, and pour it back into the pot with the broth. Add 30 ml of soy sauce and season with salt to taste.
Step 5
Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes. Then cool them down, peel, and cut in half. Slice the onion into thin rings.
Step 6
Cook the noodles in boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked noodles to prevent them from absorbing excess water.
Step 7
Place the noodles in a serving dish.
Step 8
Pour in the broth.
Step 9
Add the meat, eggs, and sprinkle with sliced onions.
Step 10
Season with sesame garlic oil.
