Raisins in Dark and Milk Chocolate

Ingredients

  • Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 10 oz
  • Light Raisins, Seedless 20 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Line 4 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

Break the dark chocolate into a bowl and place it over a double boiler. Melt, stirring, until smooth. Remove from heat and add half of the raisins. Mix and spoon 24 small mounds onto 2 baking sheets. Leave to set in a cool place.

Step 3

Melt the milk chocolate over the double boiler and repeat the same process as with the dark chocolate.
