
Raisin Pastries in Chocolate Glaze

Description
When coating the balls with glaze, pay attention to its temperature. The glaze should be warm, almost hot.
Ingredients
- Margarine 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Raisins 5 oz
- Wafer cakes 10 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 8 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
- Egg white 5 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the margarine. Add the yolks (from previously boiled eggs), sour cream, and flour. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and cut out circles (diameter 2–2.5 cm).
Step 3
Place 3–5 raisins in the center.
Step 4
Roll into balls and bake in the oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes.
Step 5
Cool and coat with glaze.
Step 6
Roll in wafers.
Step 7
For the glaze, mix sugar, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan. Place over low heat. After 5 minutes, add the butter and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
