Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Margarine 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the margarine in a pan. Soak the raisins in warm water.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar. Whisk lightly with a mixer until foamy. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with the mixer.
Step 3
Lightly grease the baking pan with margarine and dust with flour. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes.
