Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 15 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Nuts 0 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the pastry into a rectangle measuring 15x20 cm.
Step 2
Wash the raisins in hot water, dry them, and mix with the ground nuts, cinnamon, and sugar. Sprinkle the resulting mixture over the pastry.
Step 3
Roll the pastry into a log and cut into pieces with a wet knife.
Step 4
Place the buns on a baking sheet and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 390°F, place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven, and bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
Mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice. Brush the warm buns with the resulting glaze and cool.
