Step 1

Beat the eggs with sugar. Gradually add the flour, mixing thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is achieved. Stir in the chopped nuts and raisins, mixing well. Optionally, you can add vanillin.

Step 2

Grease a baking dish with oil. Spread the dough in an even layer. Bake in a well-preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Cut the finished cookies into triangles while they are still warm.
