Description

Ingredients
- Sour Cream 15 oz
- Gelatin 5 tablespoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Green Banana Syrup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the gelatin in water (175°F), stirring constantly.
Step 2
Mix the sour cream with sugar. Bring to a boil, but do not boil.
Step 3
Strain the gelatin and mix it with the sugar and sour cream.
Step 4
Divide into four parts: white, red (add cherry syrup to the white mixture), yellow (add peach syrup), and green (add apple syrup).
Step 5
The first layer is white. Pour 1/6 of the white mixture into a mold and place it in the refrigerator to set.
Step 6
Once the white layer has set, pour in the red layer and place it back to set.
Step 7
Then again the white layer, and continue in this order for the remaining layers.
