Ingredients

- Powdered Sugar 30 oz
- Milk 15 tablespoons
- Vanillin a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, let's prepare the dough. Place 750 g of butter in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Then, add 600 g of powdered sugar to the butter and mix thoroughly.

Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and add them to the butter, pouring in small portions while continuing to beat.

Next, add the flour to the mixture and beat well.

Then divide the dough into 6 equal parts.

Take 1.5 tablespoons of milk and mix it with the food coloring. Add the coloring until the color becomes vibrant. Also, add a little vanillin.

Mix the coloring with 1/6 of the dough.

Grease the baking pan with sunflower oil and sprinkle with flour.

Add the dough to the pan and place it in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15-16 minutes.

Repeat the same process with the remaining dough, using different food colorings.

In the end, you should have 6 colorful layers. Allow them to cool.

Make the cream. Beat 400 g of butter and add 300 g of powdered sugar. Then add vanillin mixed with 6 tablespoons of milk. Beat everything well.

Then, take the purple layer and spread cream on it. Layer the other layers on top, spreading cream on each. This way, you will create a rainbow. After placing all the layers, spread cream on the sides of the cake.

Place the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Then take the cake out and spread cream on it again. You can sprinkle grated chocolate on top and the sides. Also, you can decorate the top of the cake with colorful candies, such as M&M's.
