- Saffron a pinch

Step 1
Cook the broth from the rabbit carcass. Cool down, separate the meat from the bones, and cut into equal pieces.
Step 2
Chop the potato, zucchini, carrot, pepper, and leek, and boil them in the prepared broth.
Step 3
To maintain the transparency of the soup, boil the rice with saffron in a separate pot, drain, and rinse with hot water.
Step 4
